new to this list
hello guys , just found the site , i got my XD 3 months ago and totally love it xd=9 sub compact, used it in a action pistol competion last weekend and did just as well as i have been the past two years with a 1911 45 i think iam sold on these puppies , iam already tryin to figure out an excuse to buy the tactical model in a 9mm anyone used it and much difference in the two models??

I have both a Service 9mm and a Tactical 9mm. I prefer my Service model, however it's due to the fact that I have 8x the number of rounds through it. The reality, I love them both and neither have been an ounce of trouble.

well thats one thing i noticed right off about my xd compact , ive run closeto 800 rounds thru it already , and not one glitch yet iam amazed, ive been cleaning it every couple of hundred , which i fell in love with cleaning it , wow compared to my 1911 this is a dream come true for cleaning it

Welcome to the forum happy to have ya. Alot of knowledge here. And all very happy to help . Enjoy the madness. I have a 9MM Tactical and im never looking back lol. love it. And i use it as my personal carry. ( Personal prefrence.)
