Well in all fairness, most of the warning labels are on products because of people from the south saying, "Hey watch this"

I have heard of this happening. One from a trainer who was working with a PD that had two XDs for T&E. They locked one up and he locked up the other. David Bowie has publicly mentioned the problem as well. Take that for what it's worth.

For what it is worth...

I sent him a message about how it could happen as described and I've yet to get a reply. Apparently, the factory's custom shop has never heard of it either, and when I asked them about it, they had the response as I did.
