New guy

[/img][img]

Hey all, New to this forum so naturally I'm gonna try to post a pic. This is my new XD9 SC with holster by Ron Graham. I couldn't be happier with the XD. Not a hiccup in the 500 or so rounds I've put through her. Been lurking for awhile and thought I would say Hello. Thanks for a great place to talk about and find out about the XD. GD[/img]

Welcome to the show, Sir.

There's a lot to be learned here and we're always interested in learning.

Pictures of guns are always appreciated.

how do you like the holster? I just purchased one just like it from a guy on the trading post. It looks awesome and the gun fits very nicely. Just got it today so have not had a chance to wear it yet.

Welcome to the board!

Welcome!
Thats a fine looking gun. I admit I am a little jealous as my Pearce extensions have not come in yet.

Greetings.
I really like that holster.
Could you provide more info on it, please?

here is a link to the graham website. I just got mine so I can't tell you anything about it yet. It is a very solid well built holster you can tell that by looking at it.

Now that's a good start for your first post!

Good looking holster and extension grip. I use a Don Hume holster that is very similar to yours (open top, leather, belt), but with a Service XD40. I never could stand IWB. Paddle holsters are too loose for CCW. I want the butt of the grip against my side, and a paddle holster doesn't do it (at least the four or five that I've tried).

Someday I may get a subcompact. I am considering several - XD, Sig, Walther, or a 1911 compact. So many choices!
