Trigger job .... SP or CC ?

I am looking to do a trigger job on my XD 45 compact. I can't decide where to send it .... Springer Precision or Canyon Creek ? Looking to get it set at around 4 1/2#. I really would like to hear everyones input who has had their pistol worked on by these companies.

Springer did mine and I like it very much. It was a little expensive, but that is due to the shipping rather than the cost from Springer.

It breaks much smoother now and has much less pre and over travel. It is like it is a new gun.

I also had him do an internal polish and feedramp. Might as well get as much as you can if you are going to send it. Get some night sights also!

I can't say for CC as I have never done business with them.

I had mine done by Scott, (Springerprecision). Great trigger, got the competition job. Unbelievable turnaround time... Sent it in on a monday, and had it back in my hands on a thursday. got the triggerjob extended mag release Sights installed and sighted in, and was absolutely pleased...
