Also, SA didn't design this gun HS in Croatia did, so whoever told you that clearly didn't know what they were talking about...

Complete bull the only things the two have in commen is they both are made of steel and plastic and come in the same calibers.

Oh ya and glock couldn't sue SA as they only import the XD with thier name on it.

the HS was designed in 1995, released in 1999 as the HS2000.

SA has nothing to do with the design of these guns, they just put thier logo, name, and "XD" on them. they also take care of all warranty work, and assembly.

Glock says everyone copies them, nobody is copying...just improving on crappy 80's technology.

even if HS did steal ideas from Glock....id still prefer my XD/HS over a glock.

I can't back this up but wasn't it S&W that got sued by Glock because their trigger mechanism was basically the Glock trigger copied and stuck in the Sigma?

Can anyone here prove this or am I a victim of Glock-aganda?

this is true. S&W was involved in a lawsuit with Glock because the S&W Sigma's use glock parts in the trigger area.

i know that Sigma guys purchase Glock trigger springs to lighten the 12# trigger pull of thier sigma's.
