Hey crimp, I took my brand new XD9 service out a few weeks ago and was doing the same thing. I put about 200 rounds through her. Low and to the right, very consistently. I'm right handed. Also had my XD9sc, it was new too, and shot a bit low, but centered. I haven't been back to the range yet. If you figure out why the low and to the right, please let me know. I know it is something I'm doing wrong. I'm either flinching, improper grip, or improper trigger pull. I'm also out of practice, haven't shot in over a year. I've got the service and the sc but I'm wanting to sell/trade the service for a XD45 compact. I thought I'd like have the same caliber but it was kinda boring at the range. Like shooting the same pistol....... |

That's not uncommon.
