Why is the SA-XD .45 GAP

if you really want bi-tone, you could get a bi-tone service and a compact and swap the slides. or as many have stated, get it refinished.

As a side note, if you really must have the color you want, it's better to pay someone to do the job. Having it done for you is not too pricey considering to cost of a dura coat kit. Plus, you get a better quality job especially if it's your first attempt at re-finishing. Personally I wouldn't bother to get the kit unless I were planning on doing more than one firearm.
