my style is right handed - with that you can change it to left real easy.
I grip with the right and my left supports the middle of the mag up around to the front under the trigger guard. I push with the right hand and pull with the left hand to form a stable platform. Don't push or pull to were you start shacking, it is not a fight. My right thumb is on top of my left but my left is pointing forward along with my right thumb. Now here is the weird part I shoot with my middle finger on my right and left hand to keep from pulling the trigger. Been doing this for almost 20 years now and it works, mainly with presicion shooting from rifles. My index finger on my trigger hand is straight forward under the slide and no it does not get caught in it. I shoot the 40 SC. That is my $.02 on it, try it and if it doesn;t work try someone else's

See how the top shooters move. Alot of what they do includes small motor skills, etc., but they TRAIN for it so they're not "thinking" about it. They just execute. Body is a machine/hardware, brain is a computer. What you practice/train is the software/programming.
