CHP Class report...with my wife
My wife and I took our Conceal Handgun Course as required by Louisiana for our CHP. I was pretty stoked, at the end when we did our shoot and my wife used my XD 4" BiTone 40 cal and put 36 rounds of 180 grain federal in the 8, 9, and 10 rings!!!! This was her first handgun shoot ever. I was concerned that she would not like a full size weapon, but after the first few rounds she was ok.

We went to dinner after class and she was fired up! She already wants to go back and look for her first gun! I am going to try and point her to a 9mm XD, maybe in 3" .

Anyone else have a wife with an XD as a CC ?

My wife does, now anyway, she has decided she wants mine after her CHL class experience. All 50 rounds in the 5 zone, lots better than she did last time with her Walther PPKS.
