Got my first XD yesterday (.45acp bi-tone tac) - XDTalk Forums - Your HS2000/SA-XD Information Source!

I picked up my XD .45 Tactical Bi-Tone yesterday thanks to straight-shooter from this forum and Brian at Midwest Gun Exchange. Midwest shipped it up to michigan for me.

I haven't had time to shoot it yet but it is very nice looking gun. My local dealer was quite surprised to see a bi-tone tactical, apparently he has been trying to order them for months.

Took it to the sheriff for the required safety inspection and now I am good to go. I can't wait to start practicing with it, it is my first gun.

I got my XD45 Bi-Tone 5" (Tac) last year when they first arrived and absolutely love it. As you said, it looks good and once you shoot it, you'll love it too. They are accurate as all get out and mine is my daily CCW. I have several XD's, 1911's, revolvers, and a BHP but my XD45 is the one I stay with.
