I know this probably sounds stupid to people who do not carry but for us that do I bet it doesn't.

I was talking to my buddy from back home about what he does when he is in a public stall and he is carrying IWB.

Obviously your weapon is exposed when your pants or shorts are around your ankles.

Personally I unclip it or try to hide it as best I can.

What do you guys do?

I haven't had to do this since I usually hold off till I get home. But I have practiced this at home. I'll unholster and gently and very carefully put the pistol in my pocket. Of course the pocket has to be empty. This is where having a grip safety is really nice. Then I'll hold the grip from outside my pants and let my pants down slowly. Reverse the process when done.

I take all of out, holster and everything. If there's room to sit it on the back of the toilet, I'll do that. But if the back is curved and it may slip off, I just hold it or sit it in my lap.

I use a SuperTuck and I leave the holster connected to my pants, and either put the gun on the toilet paper dispenser if it's broad enough to hold the gun, or I place it in my underwear so that it's concealed from neighbor stalls by my pants

I mean I try to wait until home too but sometimes the morning coffee kicks in late.

Careful the local Sheriff left his sitting on the TP dispenser by accidnet at the local wal-mart

I don't let the pants hit the floor (because it never fails that the guy before me can't hit what he's aiming at, even though he's got to be hitting the "range" on a daily basis) so my weapon won't be that visible, but to make sure I pull my underwear down over the top of the holster. This works great on my IWB holster. OWB holster I just fold in so the underwear can cover it. Hope that helps.
