Pugs, got a live pic of the grip. If so, I'd like to see it and send one the Pistol Gear, because the one on their site looks like arse!

I use the full-size Pachmayr with finger grooves. I like it a lot better than the Hogue I had, it feels thicker than the hogue and doesn't have the palm swells.

Yeah skateboard tape or "Safety walk" tape by 3M works great I'd advise against wrapping the back of the grip though on the draw if you get a crappy grip and you have grip tape on the back strap you can't slide the back of your hand around the grip to reposition, its best to do the sides and front strap, the front strap is what catches the most pressure anyway...

So true. I just do a few important areas so I can re-grip easily if I need to.

PistolGear says that it is not meant for the XD-45, but clearly, I've had no trouble with it on my XD-45 Tacticool. The AGrip on the gun is about a year old with about 2K rounds and a LOT of sweat.

Pics of the AGrip.

Sorry for the crap-a$$ pics.

Hogue Handall - It's OK, nothing to shout about though. Makes the grip a bit fatter due to it's 'palm hump', shifts around a bit & is pretty prone to tearing (i've gone through 2 of them already).

For most situations, it's definitely a better/faster grip than stock, but honestly find shots tend to be consistantly more accurate w/o it.

Hope this helps, if any.
