New to the XD forum, (so to speak) thought i would throw in an idea i got from another gun forum. Anyone up for a summer shoot out? Anyone who wants to "buy in" we nominate someone to hold the money, we all mail him $5 each, that person holds on to all the cash, makes an official list of everyone in the pot, how much the pot is, and then we find a good target that we all can agree on, print it out, and go to town, as many tries as you want. Standard 10 rds mags only (or 10 rds in a 16 rd mag

) we can do it from multiple distances, or one solid distance. its all honor system, and you guessed it, winner grabs the pot. (money not mary jane) think, we get like 20 people to do this. thats like.. uhh. 5.. 10.. 15... carry the one... uhh $100 bucks!

either that or we just kinda post up if we want in, and mail the money to the winner directly...

either way... who is in?

Im going shooting this weekend, so i would like to get this going if anyone else wants to join up... send me a PM and i can make an official list on this post...

It sounds like it could be fun but it would be so easy for anyone to cheat. I only speak for myself but thats my biggest concern.

lol, man nobody trusts anyone. c'mon now, we all have guns dont we? lol.. i just figured ill prolly lose the $5 anyway im not the best shot, but its a little incentive. guess the ol' honor system dont count for **** anymore huh? hehehe
