Any experiance with the canyon creek spring kit

I installed just the Canyon Creek Spring set in my 45 Tactical and in addition to polishing critical parts you can reduce trigger effort about 1# -1.5#. I really don't mind the pretravel and prefer to leave it as an extra safety factor so I don't need a new trigger bar. The most annoying thing I found in the trigger was the long effort before release after the trigger bar engages the sear. I found the cause of this to be the edge of the sear when rotating back actually pulls the striker back a little before release. This is due to the rotation axis of the square edge of sear, I added a slight bevel to the rear edge which has reduced this long effort. The trigger now is more crisp and does not feel like the trigger effort increases before release. It does not require much of a bevel and the sear must still keep some flat contact with the striker. I think this is all the reduction you are going to get without getting the sear.

I have it as well along w/ the Springer Sear. Best $20 I spent on the gun so far.
