Polishing Parts Question
Can anyone provide some details as to what parts (internal) should be polished on the XD? I'd like to do this, but don't know where to start.
Thanks.

I did the feedramp, breech face, and chamber. On the chamber and breech face I did all the work manualy just to make sure I didn't take any metal away.

I did it by hand with very fine ( I think it was 1600 grit) sand paper and steel wool.

Thanks. I'll make sure I say hi to your son this weekend. Has he done this to his XD?

Could I do this with a Dremmel with a polishing wheel? Or do you think that may take off to much?

Alot of people have used a dremel you just have to be carefull. I used a dowel for the ramp and chamber and a popcycle stick for the breech face.
