If you want to drive to Wilmington, DE, you can take my XD-9 subbie and Service for a test drive.
Also, TargetMaster in Chadds Ford, PA (on 202 north of Wilmington) has XD's for rent. That's how I did a side-by-side comparison test of the XD-9 subbie and the Glock's version (I forget the number). Let me know if you want to come out for a visit.

Hey man - I shot you a PM to see if you're still interested in shooting... The ranges should now be open again.
FWIW - When I got my XD9SC (purchased yesterday), the background check fee was only $3. That was at Cabela's in Hamburg, PA... I think I paid more when I went to Bass Pro for my XD9 Service.

If u r in VA, u can test any of my guns beside my Para P14, Sig P226, and the newly acquired P7M8. Just bring your ammo of course. I am too broke to do reliability test on my guns now.

Im in bethel PA its north of reading right off 78 I can see 78 from my house, if you want a deal on a gun I got my XD 9 service for 498 out the door thats tax and background check, the gun itself was 469, thats a local gun shop in lebanon that goes by shydas http://www.shydasgunshop.com/ if you cant get to gether with some one else from here you can fire a couple of rounds out of mine.
