It took two months (almost to the day), but I finally got the sometimes tempermental holster and extra magazine. The holster functions perfectly right out of the box. Holds either of my XD's tight and pulling the gun requires little effort. No ripping off of pants, belt or hip displacement. It'll do until I can make up my mind on which holster to buy.
The mag I got was one of the new 12 round .40's, even though I sent in a receipt for my XD 9. I'm not complaining though, since I just picked up my XD 40 this past Saturday.
Lisa at SA was true to her word when I called last week to check on the status of my order.
She said "Yep, there it is. I need to get that out."
She did, and a week later I have it.
