Here in Houston at carters the black xd40 is 419 and some change, bi tone 469 and some change. thats the cheapest ive seen.

Wow? That is used? So, Blk 4" Service model the original case, brush and 2 10rnd and 1 12rnd mag (but no original paper work, manual, etc) for $400 bucks would be a good deal?

here in so cal, the cheapest i found was $450 and up for service model. Average though was around 500.

Okay, but I am confused. Are these new or USED prices? I am looking for a used one. Walmart, even in Alaska, doesn't strike me as the used gun store type.
