how many of you have more than on xd if so in what orber did you buy them and what made you decide on a xd?

I have 2 a 40 and a 45 both service.
i bought the 45 first and about 2weeks later i bought a 40
i originally was going to get a ruger p90t i wanted something other than a polymer pistol in the 45 so i put it on layaway and a family friend was VERY adamant on me not getting the ruger so i went back to the gun store and talked to them and they recommended the xd once i held it i know i would never again try to leave my polymer pistols again

I bought my first one about a month ago...a 45 compact
then a week or so later, got a great deal on another 45 compact and a CZ 75 P-01

Right now thinking of getting one of the sub compacts

Just trying to decide 9 or 40, leaning towards the 9 so I don't have to keep stock of another kind of ammo

but what theck heck...already have .223/5.56 .44 mag .357 mag .38 .45acp .32S&W 9x19
one more won't make a difference

I only own the one XD right now but I will probably add a 9mm SC to the collection sometime in the future. I want a 1911 GI model and a Walther PPK as well, I may end up with one or the other before I buy another XD.

Got in order:

XDsc 9mm (Daily carry)

XD Tactical .45ACP (Range fun)

XD Service .40 (Larger carry)

My next purchase will be an accurized Ruger 10/22 w/ bull barrel, etc.
Then, I have exactly the guns I need for the next month.

The first xd I bought was a .40 v10. That gun made me fall in love with the xd line of pistols. At this point I currently own 6 xds (i owned 11 at one point). I don't remember which order I bought them in, but the last one I purchased was my 45 tactical.

9mm Standard all bout during the same visit to the gunshop.

Then about a month later a .45 standard.

I traded a glock 20 for a XD-9 Service in January. Then about a month ago, I ran across a deal on a used XD-40SC, snapped it up and glad I did!
I also bought a sig 229 equinox when I traded the glock/block.

XD 45 Tactical first. 9mm Service next. Got the service used in part because there was a wait for a 9mm Tactical, next time I will wait.

I've got three
1.XD9 service
2.XD40 sub-compact
3.XD45 tactical

I think somewhere down the road I will get a XD40 in a service model.
