any one have or have used one of these? im interested in the idea of having a red dot halo sight like one of the doctors models. dont know where to find the mount for it though. any help greatly appreciated

Do a search for the "Scope Mounts???" thread. C22m22C successfully modified a Glock Scope Mount without too much trouble. He bought the Scope Mount at Botach.

I am also looking for the same thing. The thread where he modified a glock mount was for the big tube type of red dots. I would like to mount one of the Doctor Optic red dots onto my XD. Does anybody know exactly how they attach to the slide? They have one listed for the Sig226, which uses the same sights as the XD. Do the mounts atached into the dovetail? Would the Sig 226 site for the Doctor Optics site work for the XD? I just want one of the small red dots, not the bigger tube type. -Kevin
