Won't work with my high grip since I'm lefty, too. The one on the M&P looks pretty damn nice, though, whereas this one looks really... weird.

I'm sorry, but that looks dumb! I mean, that makes about as much sense as a velvet painting of a whale and a dolphin gettin it on! That XD and that LaserGrip go together like peanut butter and Ladies! Like Chinese food and chocolate pudding! I'm sorry. Couldn't resist!

I don't care what it looks like, but until they come out with a lefty version, I'll have to get the LaserMax, or nothing (I have a gen1 HS2000, so no rail).

Red face

I have no first hand experience with them but I've heard they are unexpectedly comfortable.

Point well taken

I lost the focus between how they work and how they look.

For me, if I were to go LASER (unlikely) I would probably go this route over the LASERMax route

Pun intended???

I'd duct-tape this to my gun. It takes ten times the power and emits, like, half the light energy as a modern laser diode. I have one in my "I'm a huge geek" closet (minus the fancy aluminum mount) ready to go!

The XD 45 is a different frame than is the XD-9 and XD-40. The LG-446 prototype for the Springfield Armory XD is designed to fit the smaller framed 9mm/40.

I don't have any word on if we are going to look at the .45 after that. Joe
