Xd 9 MAG ?
I purchased a xd 9 (used) and it came with 2 10 round mags I was wondering if the 16 round mags would work or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the 16 round mags will work fine - just make sure it's legal where you live.

.357/.40/9mm mags hi-cap mags will work fine in your gun.

I have 4- 16rd mags for my XD Service 9mm. They work great and save on reloading. The only downside is you will use more ammo at the range.

I can't add much to this other than to say that the Clinton AWB expired 5 months after I bought my XD9. I sold my original 10 round mags and bought 15 round mags. Looking to get 3 more mags to fill up the empty pouches in my range bag when I go shooting.
