So I was curious about an Sub XD357....
HEard back from springfield it was not likely to happen in the near future (1yr+). I think that gun would be the shizzle.
Especially in bitone. ![]() I wish barsto/EFK would come out with their own barrel instead |

I wish they would, too. I don't think the recoil would be anywhere near as bad as you would imagine. It would be pushing a lighter bullet than the .40, but at a higher velocity, so I think one would counter the other. On the other hand, muzzle blast would be something else.
I've got the 4" service in 357 Sig, and you're only talking about an inch shorter barrel. I've got two 9mm Sub Compacts and my wife has one, and neither of them recoils hardly at all, especially compared to my Witness Compact 10mm, with a 3.6" barrel. Fred
