Yep, +1 sounds to me like you're anticipating the recoil and jerking down at the moment you pull the trigger. I know because I've read the same thing numerous times on the forum, I do it myself, and I've had a former instructor tell me the same thing. +1 you need to get some A-Zoom snap caps, mix a couple of them up with a mag load and of course don't look while you're loading the mag. Although that will only show you what you're doing. It's still up to you to control and/or correct it. Alaskapopo's advice makes the most sense to me.
