Took the ole XD out today and threw some lead... The fun never stops!!!

Me and my buddy were shooting our Remington 700s (mine .22-250, his .30

out to 100yds. We stopped to down a gaterade because it was pretty dang hot out on the gravel. While we are waitin i tell my buddy im fixin to try the long shot.. with my XD. Well out of 10rds i hit the 12"x12" paper 2 times.. the other 8 shots were on the plywood 30"x20" Which aint too bad considering i had a nice 16" group.. Im supprised! All shots were taken while on both knees. Aimed about 6" over the paper and hit the top of the paper... Cool!

So enough with the XD, we back up to 400yds and start blasting our new 1"thick metal targets i made last night..

For some cheap reloads we hit the 6" Dia metal targets about 75% of the shots..

All in all, we had a good day chunkin lead.... Copper Jacketed Lead may i add.

I love my XD....
