Pelican Case

Ok guys, Ive decided to get a good Pelican Case. But I was wondering, which is a good case for ONE XD40 Service with room for a few clips and a mag loader?

Im one of those ppl that has to actually see the gun in the case. Pelican has tons on their but no good pictures. What works good for you guys?

I have a Pelican case for my beretta 92F. I need to go home and look for a model#. I can say that the little removable foam squares allow a lot of flexibility. Mine holds the gun and 2 loaded magazines. I love it. I have seen some criticism citing that the foam pulls the oil away from the gun, making it more susceptible to corrosion. All I can say is that my gun has no signs of corrosion and I have been using that case for over 10 yrs. I take the gun out every evening and put it back every morning.

Well, they make the cases with removable squares for generic purposes and then they have their firearms specific cases. I'm not sure which is best and I would like to buy one as well. Which is recommended?

Arctic,

How easy was it to fit the foam to allow for perfect fit? Do you need anything like a boxcutter?
