It's the Crayon mod. Just do a search for Crayon and you'll find many how-to's.

Well actually you can but it would be really..really....really be ugly, like sinfully ugly!!!!

For those of you polishing your complete barrels remember the accuracy of your gun has a direct correlation to the fit of the barrel to the slide. The more metal you remove the more loose that fit becomes. Also that off center buldge on the end of the barrel is there for a reason, don't try to make it more even.

Just thought it may look hot with the whole top half polished. Mine's bitone so not really an option(i don't think)

Oh man, I'll pray for you. Bright shiny guns make my teeth hurt. Maybe I'm just to old.. to me black I thing Steven Segal, threatening, hidden in the dark. Shiny I think Elton John, sequined wide collar purple suit, and at night a beacon that says "SHOOT HERE".

I guess it's just a matter of taste.

Its been 3 months of carry now, and not a peep of rust on the barrel. I must have done something right!
