Do they sell....
So Does SA sell the OD xd .40 SC with 10rd mags? If so, I can't get one!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR Gotta love NY and the communist regulations.... Even the big guys like Gander mtn don't have them...
If anyone can get one, please let me know. Thanks!

Because of the larger case/bullet, the XD-40SC mag has a max capacity of 9 rounds (XD-9SC mag holds 10, but the cartridges are smaller so they can fit one more in there). That's just the way it is.

why wouldn't they sell them here? NY has a 10-round mag limit. you should be abl to find 9/10 round SC mags...
I think I saw them at the Rochester Gander Mtn a couple weeks ago in fact |

well I called SA today and they said that Acusports and MT sports (both dist.) have them in stock... I called both companies and no, they don't have them in stock... They went on to say they haven't had them in a LONG TIME.... WTF? A guy can't get a gun he wants? geez.....

If you have an FFL that you can go through, try checking out gunbroker. Here is one at $445 http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...?Item=67252489 this is a XD sub OD 40S&W.

Yep, I found the same auction with a quick Google search. $450 BIN, that's a good price Vtwin. The only bad thing is you have to have at least one feedback (I think) to use the buy it now option. It would only add on a couple extra days to your wait if you decide to go through with it.

The 40 should hold 9 rounds I know for sure (have one), and the 9mm should hold 10, I think. If you can get 10 in a 40 mag, and it works, cool for you, but you are over loading the mag. And over loaded mags will probably jam on you. |
