4" Compact soon
Ok guys i have finally talked myself into getting this XD.
I plan to carry it in the Near future. Im applying for my CCW in 2 weeks. Talked to my buddy that has his FFL. $470 for the 4" Compact Black. Good Deal? Other place i checked it was $500. And my buddy paid $515 for his that i am now "Test Driving" Saturday i went to the Gravel Pit by my house and stepped off 15 yards. Loaded 1 mag (12rds) took my time and placed 10 out of the 12 shots in one area the size of my fist. The 2 "Flyers" were only about a 1/2" out. So im pretty impressed, especially since im still on the first box of 50rds..

Yeah, that is a great price. Mine was $499.99. Bought the last one the store had.

That's a good price for sure. A local place here has the XD-45 Compact on sale this month for $449 and the XD-45 Service for $439... I'm trying to resist the urge since I just bought 3 guns last month

Anything under $500 is a good number. I'm in the same boat as Hooz I bought a new gun on Saturday and the wife isn't happy.....

Ouch.... im glad i dont have a Significant other.... haha.
Im still workin on the Turbo that is goin on my truck... so im pinching pennys right now... Looks like ill be getting it in 2 weeks... Im paying for 44# Injectors this week.... I can get my buddy to order it anytime and the price is the same.. so im not in too big of a hurry. Thanks for your help guys!!!
