loc-tite the screw on your TFO!
Mine backed out after 200 rounds, I would have lost the sight if I didnt notice the screw loose.

What does this screw on your TFO's look like? My TFO's are fixed sights... are ya'lls not?

I have been seeing alot of high-maintenance issues with TFO's--are they really any good for hard use concealed carry? I know the advantages of fiber optics, but for the pure reason of a hassle free sight that will work when it really matters, I would stick with Trijicon's.
