There is a small set screw in the rear sight to lock them in place.

I have been seeing alot of high-maintenance issues with TFO's--are they really any good for hard use concealed carry? I know the advantages of fiber optics, but for the pure reason of a hassle free sight that will work when it really matters, I would stick with Trijicon's.
