How do you wear your "Answer"?
I got my Tucker gun leather "Answer" holster last week and really like it. It's very comfortable and broke in nicely. My main concern is this: I currently wear it between my right hip and my ass. It is very comfortable this way but the grip sticks out really bad when ever I bend over to pick something up. Do you guys have this problem? When I'm standing it's totally concealed. If I were to wear it completely parralell to my ass it would not stick out as much but that would hurt to sit. Any suggestions? I'm also 6'3" 178lbs. pretty slim if that makes any difference.
Thanks.

I don't have "The Answer" but that's a common problem with many holsters. I have a C-TAC. I usually just try and bend at the knee as much as possible or try to put my arm over it or something. Sometimes I wear it closer to 3:30 which usually doesn't stick out as much.

I have the Answer as well. I wear mine about 4:00. Yes it's gonna stick out when you bend over to do things. When you get up just check your shirt to make sure your still covered and go about your business. You'll find out it's no different then making sure you got your wallet before you leave the house. If anybody asks you what was sticking out just tell them it's your secret modulator muffling system. Translated this mean f**k off idiot it ain't none of your business.

Wear baggier pants if you can (1 size up) and put the holster
just forward of your hip. Many times you think it's obvious, but no-one else can tell. Don't adjust your equiptment when others are around you. Walk and move with purpose. The more you carry a weapon, the more comfortable you will be. You'll realize people arent looking at you're waist. Remember that it's easier to hide something in plain site. |

The people that make the Answer holster recommend the 4:00 position. It is not meant to be worn in a forward position.

The only one time I know I exposed in public was at a TCBY, the clerk just looked at me and winked. Young girl to, I gave her props for keeping a cool head, she said she was not worried, her father carried to and she was waiting her turn when she got older ... Praise to the cooler heads, for they truley do prevail!
