I didn't care where the XD was made... all I cared about was feel and reliability and shootability.

BUT, I did buy my Ford truck partly because it was made in the Oakville Canada plant.

Personally, I bought my Truck because it fit the bill for my needs, it is a bonus that it was built in Flint, Mi, and the engine was built in Ohio, and the transmission in Indiana. But, I also own Japanese Sport bikes, because they, in my opinion are better, and they are defiantly priced better. The XD was the Best gun at the Best Price, end of story.
