Scope mount for XD 9
I'd like to put a scope on my gun. From what I could find on the internet, I believe I need something that looks like this
http://www.mountsplus.com/miva/merch...TS/WCO-OGP-SMB I'd like to find one though that I can mount a scope to and have a flashlight/laser also. Any ideas were to start lookin, the one above is for a 1911, not sure if it will work on my XD 9. Thanks. |

I'm using a Mako mount on a G20. The Mako mount provides a rail for accessories, and also, you can use your iron sights.
I doubt that Mako makes a mount for the XD yet. As soon as the volume of XDs is sufficient to justify retooling for such devices, you'll be seeing scope mounts for XDs. |

That looks like a modified Mako mount. (Or maybe a new hole was drilled in that XD?)

Someone here, I believe it's Old School, has one on their gun.
Do a search on Open gun XD's.

Ncstar makes a universal light-rail mount. I bought one off of egay a couple of weeks ago for $20. Can't say how it fits or works cause both our XD45s are out for trigger jobs and the HS is a gen1, no rail. It's certainly not a heavy-duty piece, but looks like it would be fun to mess with.

CAUTION: I have not verified this fits the XD. But I see no reason it wouldn't. http://cgi.ebay.com/NCSTAR-PISTOL-RA...QQcmdZViewItem
