XD9 stock Trigger lightening?
I've been shooting my new XD9 for a couple weeks, and loving every minute of it. I've probably put about 1k rounds through it by now, and I've been noticing that the trigger break is starting to feel a little lighter than it did when I first bought it. Does this actually happen, or am I likely just getting more comfortable with the pistol? If it does lighten with break-in what's the approximate amount (in lbs.) it'll likely lighten with continued use?
Not complaining at all, in fact it's fantastic. |

my xd service model was the same way, i could tell a difference after the 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000rd marks, it keeps getting better and better and i think it has plataued out right now and won't change much more, but that is ok because it is perfect for me right now, i love it. that is why i advise against people getting trigger jobs until they have a good 1500-2000rds through there first to get the trigger broke in.

I have noticed a big difference when I get about 600 rounds through them.
