I realize that. I was referring to the context in which that quote was stated:

Quote:
"I actually took this boy that Scout was dating out at our place in Idaho and I would, like, carry the gun around in my side at all times just so he knew... Subtle hints," he said.
Sounds like a silent threat towards the boy that Scout was dating. It's like saying "treat Scout nicely at all times or you'll be in trouble." i.e. "I'll use this gun right here...."

I dunno... maybe "brandishing" wasn't the right word. But from that quote it sounded to me like he's using the gun as a deterrent, as a silent threat against the boys that Scout sees. Almost "bragging" about it... Oh, well. Hollywood Stars and musicians follow different laws than the rest of us, right?

I seen him on Conan (WHO RULES LATE NIGHT BTW. ) the other night and he said Demi got a Glock and he Got a Springfield. I was only assuming he got an XD.
Say what you want about Demi.....She's still HOT to me.

Hey, I'll take any pro-firearms publicity I can get. Idiots listen to the garbage that comes out of celebrities as though it is the words of god. If they didn't "E hollywood" or whatever that is wouldn't exist. I'm assuming Kutcher knows a thing or two about guns.... he grew up in Iowa, and no matter where you are, you're pretty much in the midst of 'country-folk'. The good kind, not the hillbilly kind. Ya know, the kinda folk that country music talks about.

Sounds like it was done in the same context as overcautious fathers cleaning their pistols and rifles when their daughters bring their boyfriend over to meet him. But thanks for your selfrighteous post anyways since you've probably never said or done something that's considered stupid.

What the hell?? I guess I hit a sore spot? Were you the boy who was seeing Scout?

Thanks for waiting 9+ months to finally post something and, of all things on this forum, decide to jump all over what I said. Good job! Now to continue being self-righteous since I'm perfect.....

OMG, I can't believe you folks are actually discussing what that no-talent moron of a 'celebrity' shoots. What's next? Hey, I heard Tom Cruise carries a Benchmade Rukus. Ooooooh....
