My new high noon holster

Well it fits my subby and me well minus one thing. While breaking it in it almost completely wore the finish off of the front site and the front corners of the slide. Anyone else run into this with other holsters? I am not to worried but I only inserted the xd a handful of times and the finish on the site is almost gone on the top.

sorry imho the bitones look like poo. I would rather deal with finish wear than the bitone. I could have had one for the same price but decided against it after seeing it first hand.

I'm a bi-tone fan but I got a smoking deal on a XD40sc (black) and will be getting a Highnoon for it also. I've no finish wear but looks like I'm in for some.

Oh well, I guess it will be an excuse for getting it hard chromed or some other treatment...

Is your finish black or melonite? If your finish is just black, would the Melonite hold up to this sort of wear better? Any opinions anyone?

Sorry guys i have been away for a while. Anyways it is the split decision holster which i believe that particular holster is the way it is since it is a stocked item and you cant get it lined. Mine is not melonite treated.

I just ordered a Hidden Ally IWB holster, but it looks like its gonna be a while before I see it. They sent me an email indicating that it might be a couple of months before it's in stock and ready to ship.
