WEll the title of the thread said it all.....and the video confirmed it! Did anyone notice how he had his finger on the trigger as he swept his feet and broke the 180 in 3d?

Yea. I'm kind of speechless too, so I won't comment.

I reviewed the video several times and I didn't notice that he swept his feet. Looked to me like he swept the ground near his feet. Couldn't tell whether his finger was on the trigger or not.

I never shoot that close. Move those targets out to 25 yds. and let's see what you and the XD will do.

wow... keep shooting alone ok? might as well have done a few twirls and the splits at the end of shooting. First thing should have been done is checking the gun for clear before spinning around. And moving with a little more control would be nice too, rather than flying down to the side like gumbi who accidentally got left in a warm car window.

I'll go back to the original post, proof that giving a 17 year old a handgun is a bad idea. Also proof why giving a 17 year old and not forcing them to get professional instruction on gun safety is a bad idea, and also why not having a parent stand there when they shoot is a bad idea.

honestly

How can you tell so much about what I did looking at grainy footage from a cheap digicam?

Honestly, people do one thing that doesn't LOOK (keyword is look) right and you're ready to dive down their throat.

Now excuse me for not going out to 25 yards, assuming the isosciles, and firing one round every 10 seconds, because doing that would be "correct" but no, I tried out a new stance/system and you people call me irresponsible and make "Dick Cheney" comments.

I'm actually suprised you didn't have any criticism for me not having blonde hair and blue eyes.

Thanks, you really do know how to make a guy feel welcomed.

Oh, and the XD .40 holds 13 rounds, all of which I fired.

Wonder what self defense scenario would ever require 25 yards. Shooting close wasnt the problem and shooting at 25 yards in a "self defense" situation would probably land you in jail. We werent knockin him on distance at all.
