Hello, I need help, I'm a new XD owner, I just cleaned my XD 9 SC and now when I rack the slide nothing happens, trigger does not reset and the stricker indicator does not show most of the time. I field stripped it and reassembled it 10 times, is there a spot in the receiver that needs to be oiled. PLEASE HELP
THANKS UPDATE, I returned this pistol and they exchanged it for a brand new one.

I had something like that happen when I load a round in the chamber and holster it I looked down and it looked as if it wasn't cocked. I then point my XD in a safe direction and it popped out. Not sure why?
