Comments from the SHOT show

Just a couple of things I picked up while there:

Lasermax said they'd have the XD SC version out sometime in Q2

The XD-Gear people had no idea that you could not yet walk into a store and get the SC Sleeved magazine. They were also 100% unaware of the Insight XML2

Crimson Trace had their product on Glocks. They admitted that they're in final design on the XD version and they intend to price it about $100 less than the Lasermax

AND......................
(Non XD)

DETONICS is back in business!
It looks like they may be able to successfully make a go of it this time, too. Jerry Ahern and a bunch of the original Detonics crew go together and resurrected it. The Combat Master is now shipping, with 2 other models coming out later this year.

The xd-gear people Springfield armory were offered the chance to put SA`s name on the x2 and x2laser but did not take the offer. I think that depending who you talked to as SA you recived different answers.

They said that, a long time ago, about the TG131CT version for Colt 1911s, which they still don't have.
