I've been taking that approach with the lotto lately. I won $6 from scratch-off tickets that I received as Christmas stocking stuffers. For my own amusement, I'm using those winnings to buy six Powerball tickets... when I actually remember to play. So far I've only bought two of them

I'm only lucky when my wife was pregnant. Unfortunately for me the last time I won anything was 20 years ago. Will give it a try anyway.
