XD's Finally Approved for OKC. PD
Success, I finally convinced the rangemaster to approve the XD. We are just waiting on the Chief to sign off on it. Cant wait. The XD feels better in the hand, and Im more accurate with mine than with my Glock. Now the problem will be finding a duty holster. We have to have Clarino finish and the only one I have been able to find is the Safariland 6280. I cant believe they arent making a better selection of duty holsters as long as the XD has been out now. Doesnt some of the other holsters for different pistols fit? Help me out.

Good deal, Joe...
Let us know how it works out. Been carrying my XD40 daily since I sorted this little issue http://www.hs2000talk.com/viewtopic....563&highlight= out, and mine has been absolutely reliable- and shoots damn good, too.
Last fall, I did a range day with the local campus police and let 'em shoot mine; many were amazed at how much better it felt to them than their issue glocks. There will be some converts over there if they ever get approved, or issued. Good luck & stay safe-

I googled "Clarino Holster" and got quite a few hits. WOW they sure are expensive. Reminds me of my old Marine days of spit & polish.
