just checked my email and this disappointment was in there.

not sure they would tell us even if they did have one in the works. It might prevent someone from buying a 9, 40, 357, or 45 right now.

I say we give them some time to ramp up on their current models, before asking for another. Calibers are driven by demand and R&D. If they have the time and money, and if there is a demand, like all companies, I am sure they will consider it.

As mentioned before, I would rather see a single stack XD in 9mm and 40SW.

I asked them about a .45 when the xd first came out and they said "no plans at this time" They're saying the same thing about a 45sc

Agreed...although I will continue to carry my XD-9SC it will be cool to see a XD-45 SC.

I'm for that! A single stack SC or Service would be great for CCW.

ive bugged them in the past for the 45acp sub-compact. The more they get bugged the more likely they will produce it.

So on that note, I emailed Dawn asking about the xd45sc in acp.
