Advantages of polymer Springfield weapons over others
Curious, what makes you decide to go with springfields polymer line of pistols? I've seen no real advantages or benefits that are better than what glock and other manufacturers provide with their weapons, actually I see a major disadvantage with the lifetime warranty along with SA's parts policy. In other words there are no real up front advantages which is swaying me away from SA's polymer line despite the friendly ever so truthful and to the point customer service they have..

Those are two completely separate issues. I do hate SA's stance on their parts, but I am cetainly glad for their lifetime warranty....there are very few gun manufacturer's that gurantee their product for life.

SA can change their tune any time they wish. I have seen no real initial advantage to purchasing their pistols. hate to say it.

Ergonomics, grip safety.
The Glock is a solid product, but it doesn't fit my hand or point comfortably for me the way the XD does. I also prefer the XD's safety system to the Glock's. I feel safer carrying the XD ready to fire than I would a Glock. |

Speaking of polymer pistols with bad parts policys. Ever try ordering any parts for HK pistols? They are worse than Springfield. Oh yea Ruger will make you send their firearms back in.
