XDSC vs Glock size

Are the 9mm XDSC and Glock 26 about the same size? If not, which Glock is closest in size to the SC? A number of the holster makers have drop down menus to determine the correct holster size and they all seem to have the Glocks but not the XD in the drop down.

The Glock is about and 8th of an inch longer in the slide, and about an 8th of an inch shorter in the grip. The difference is negligible, in my opinion. They are practically identical in size.

I have both and they are about the same size. Here are the measurements (as best as my postage scale and ruler can provide):

XD9SC

23 1/2 oz w/o mag
30 5/8 oz w/ 10rnd mag and Pierce Extension

Entire slide is 16 oz, frame is 7 1/2 oz

Barrel is 3"

Glock 26
----------
19 3/4 oz w/o mag
26 1/8 oz w/ 10 rnd mag and Peirce Extension

Entire slide is 15 1/2 oz, frame is 4 1/4 oz

Barre is 3 1/4"

Without magzine, XD9SC is 5/8" taller from the slide to the grip. From the slide to the trigger guard XD9SC is 1/4" longer. I got the IWB holsters from Galco and they sent me the same holster model for both guns. Glock 26 fits just fine and XD9SC I had to force it in the holster and stretch it a bit. If I put the Glock 26 into the XD9SC holster and it's kinda loose but still holds in place.

If you can find holsters specifically made for both, then go for it. If not, Glock 26 should fit into XD9SC holster fine but it may not the other way around without some stretching. I hope this helps!
