XD 45/ Service or Tactical version???
I made up my mind that I'm going to get the XD 45 in two weeks, but I'm not sure which model (service or tactical). I'm only going to use it for target shooting. Any advice which one I should get??

get the tactical if your only going to be using it for target shooting. It has a longer sight radius which should make your groups tighter and if you dont plan to use it for CCW, then you dont have to worry about how to conceal the extra length. There are plenty of topics about this, do a search or look in the 45ACP forum.
