melting/de-horning on the XD?

Anyone have recommendations on gunsmiths for a carry "softening" job on the XD? There's nothing major that nees to be done, but it seems like some parts of the slide could use a little work. None of the typical sites for XD work list slide "melting" as an option.

cool...I'll check those guys out. While I know that the XD has beveling, it's not really equal to the soft round corners you get from a melting job. The bevels still dig into my kidneys at times when carrying IWB.

I think the XD is pretty dehorned already. I think maybe the slide catch and disassembly lever might benefit from a little softening, but I can't imagine what else you could really do.

Then again, I don't try to carry my XD IWB so I'm not much of an authority.
