I got my HS2000 Gen 1 back
3 years ago my HS2000 was stolen from my house. Boy was I upset, it was my first hand gun. I never thought I would own a gun and when my friend came over to show his new gun, I said "now that is a gun" and went and got my own. It was a HS2000 gen 1 and it was the first time I thought this is a real gun. I was in love, I was even on this same site talking about it and everything. Then my house was broken into and it was stolen. I was so upset. By this time the XD were out but I didn't like them, I liked the simple look of the HS2000. The police said it was a long shot to get it back. I lost all hope and never thought about buying a new gun. Then 2 weeks ago the local police called and said they found my gun and I will get it back. Well I got it back yesterday and let me tell you it felt good to have it in my hand again. It had no clips with it but oh well, that can be fixed. So here I am a gun owner again and after 3 years I am back on this web site saying hello fellow HS2000/XD gun owners. You have no idea how bad I want to shoot it again. But I need to stop by the local gun store and buy clips, holster, cleaning kit, and everything else. But I have to wait until next payday so until then I just have to wait. But it gives me something to look forward to.

Congrats on getting the gun back esp after that long of a time. Always nice to hear a happy ending to gun theft.

no damage at all, except for no clip. I had a trigger lock on it and was wondering how they got it off, but there is no marks on it at all. I will show pics when i get my dig. camera back next week.
