Used HS 2000 for $280?
A local gun shop has a used HS 2000 in stock. The asking price is $280. I have been eyeing the XD's and this HS looks like a good value. Any comments on price? Anything to look at to make sure it is just used and not abused?

What generation is it? HS2000 are a pretty rare find these days.

I wonder if Springfield Armory has downloadable a spec sheet for their weapons. The HS2000 were manufactured before S.A. merged with..? Croation IM Metal production facility so that is really inconsequential.

Is there a websight or page that explains the differences of the different generations of HS2000 pistols, nightrader? .

Buy it now. Then send it to me for further inspection. Caution..I'm slow and tedious. Frankly I like my Gen 1's looks better than my XDs. Sleek and sexy. I have no use for an accessory rail or forward serations on the slide.
