Longest period XD stored without cleaning/oiling it?
I am in college and my XD is back home. I haven't taken it out of the gun cabinet in over a month. Is this bad? Anyone else store their XD for long periods of time?
P.S. I miss my baby..... |

Stored my guns for 6 weeks while I was in Mexico. Night before I left I took them all out and slathered all of them with a good coat of oil. Fondled all of them, played with them a lot. I spent special time with them. Freaky time.

a month is nothing, just spend some good time with her when you get home. its not like a real woman who will get all pissed at you if you dont call her for a month... the XD will still treat you right.

hmm well when I was living with the assholes I used to live with, I stored my xd at my dads house..it stayed there, unloved, uncleaned, and unoiled for a total of 8 months til I recently moved, now is sits next to my bed at night, and of course I gave it a nice cleaning once it came to stay with me.
