Gun show loot. New XD-9 SC
After waiting for what seemed like forever, I finally purchased my new CCW gun, An XD-9 Sub-Compact.
It's the 2006 package with gun, 1-10 round mag, 1-16 round mag with sleeve, holster, mag loader, mag pouch, lock and bore cleaner. I paid $469. I stopped by the indoor range on the way home and put a box of ammo through it. It shoots great, much better than me. I can't wait to shoot some more. Hopefully I can find an outdoor range close by, I'm not a fan of indoor ranges. Here are a few pics.

purty! i wishi i got the the 2006 package bought mine in jan of this year but it was manf in 2004!

Nice Sub!
 I went to a gunshow yesterday and I still wonder why I keep going to them? Lots of coins, baseball cards, dishes, toys and yes, guns. $3 to park, $12 to get in, 1/2 hour wait in line. I buy a case of ammo, but the savings is lost on the admission to the show. Oh well, it's still fun to look around, but dang it's not worth it sometimes.

That's a great price. I just got my wife's at the crossroads gun show a few weeks ago for $485 OTD. I think the tag was $455.
I love it and now want one in bi-tone!

I went out shooting for the 2nd time (in as many days) yesterday, and got to put several hundred more rounds through my new XD9SC.
I LOVE IT. This is my first firearm, and just can't get over how refined this pistol is. I have a lot of room to improve, but will certainly love every minute of the process.
